 These alkaline bath salts owe their famous and popular skin cleansing effects to their optimal alkalinity, the natural minerals contained in them and eight precious stones.
AlkaBath can be used for alkaline mineral full baths or foot baths, with alkaline stockings and sleeves, compresses, rinses, enemas and inhalations.
AlkaBath has an alkaline pH-value of 8.5.
Peter Jentschura and Josef Lohkämper created these alkaline bath salts so that people could cleanse and care for themselves naturally, just as they did for nine months in their mother’s amniotic fluid.
The alkalinity removes acids and other toxins through the skin and mucous membranes. This can be easily measured with pH strips. Skin naturally self-oils itself in alkaline water because the water-soluble toxins are eliminated through sweat glands, while the fat soluble toxins are eliminated through the sebaceous glands.
Bathe for at least 30 – 90 minutes or even for several hours. You can even bathe babies and little children with AlkaBath!

- 3 tbsp per full bath

A pinch of AlkaBath is required for 30 ml of water.
Leave the fleece mask on your face for 15 to 30 minutes.
Alkaline compresses are particularly suitable for application to specific areas of the body.
 Whether you want to treat your feet using alkaline stockings or your arms using alkaline sleeves, your legs and your bottom with the alkaline salt leggings or your body using the alkaline salt dress, – you can target those areas using the alkaline compresses.

Effective body cleansing through the feet and calves
 Our feet are our “auxiliary kidneys”. The body transports acids and toxins into the calves and feet. That’s why our feet and calves occasionally itch, burn or hurt and our ankles and feet swell.
Fungi, which live in and from acids and toxins, can appear on our toes and nails. Wear alkaline stockings at night or during the day as often as possible or use them as alkaline sleeves. This way you can be sure to remove acids and toxins from your body each and every night!
AlkalineStockings consist of one inner pair made of 100% cotton and one outer pair made of virgin wool. Before being put on, the inner stockings are soaked in an alkaline solution, then wrung out and put on while still damp. The dry outer stockings are put on over top of them.
